Prenatal Yoga


Borrowed several DVDs about pregnancy from the public library.  I think the DVD above is quite good.  I am very cautious about practising Yoga as my uncle told me that there're spiritual elements behind - that may made one be superstitious. 

As a stretching exercise, this one is pretty good. There are three ladies in different trimesters of the pregnancy and you can follow the actions depends on your own situation. 


Yoga Journal - Yoga for Your Pregnancy

 This yoga exercises lasts for about 30 minutes. This one is a bit difficult to follow because she always forgot to hint when to inhale and exhale. As a beginner, I do not know how to 'control my breathe correctly'.
